1 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Agreement") govern your access to and use of the 21winbd online gaming platform, including all associated services, features, content, and payment processing functions. This Agreement is entered into between you ("the Player") and 21winbd ("the Platform", "we", "us", or "our") and takes effect from the moment you complete account registration or first access any service on the platform — whichever occurs earlier.

By using 21winbd, you represent that you have read and fully understood these Terms & Conditions in their entirety and agree to be legally bound by them. These terms apply to all users of the platform, including visitors, registered players, and any individuals accessing the site from the territory of Bangladesh or elsewhere.

We reserve the right to amend, update, or replace any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and without prior individual notice. An updated effective date will always appear at the top of this document. Continued use of 21winbd following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms. It is your responsibility to review this page periodically to stay informed of any changes.

If any provision of this Agreement is found to be unenforceable or invalid under applicable law, that provision shall be limited or eliminated to the minimum extent necessary, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect. No waiver of any provision by 21winbd shall constitute a continuing waiver of that provision or any other provision.

2 Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to 21winbd is strictly restricted to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria at the time of registration and at all times thereafter:

• You are at least 18 years of age. This is a hard minimum — no exceptions apply regardless of local custom or parental consent.
• You are accessing the platform voluntarily and for personal entertainment purposes only, not on behalf of a third party or as part of any commercial arrangement.
• You are not a resident of any jurisdiction in which online gambling activities are illegal or require a specific licence that 21winbd does not hold in that territory.
• You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order, cooling-off period, or any other voluntary or involuntary restriction on gambling activity that has been applied to your account or requested by you or any authorised body.
• You are not an employee, director, contractor, agent, or immediate family member of an employee of 21winbd or any of its affiliated entities or game providers.

Age verification is mandatory for all players. You may be required to submit a valid national identity card (NID), passport, or birth certificate to confirm your date of birth before your first withdrawal is processed. 21winbd reserves the right to temporarily restrict account functionality — including suspending withdrawals — until satisfactory age verification documents are received and approved.

3 Account Registration

To access the full range of services on 21winbd — including placing bets, playing casino games, and processing financial transactions — you must register a verified player account. Registration is free of charge and open to all eligible individuals.

During registration, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including but not limited to: your full legal name as it appears on official identification documents, a valid email address, a valid Bangladeshi mobile phone number, your date of birth, and your preferred payment method. You must not provide false, misleading, or incomplete information at any stage of the registration process or at any subsequent point when updating your account details.

• One account per person: Each individual may register and maintain only one active account on 21winbd. Registration of multiple accounts by the same individual — whether using the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.
• Non-transferability: Player accounts are personal to the registered account holder and may not be transferred, sold, gifted, pledged, or otherwise assigned to any other individual or entity under any circumstances.
• Account security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username, password, and any two-factor authentication credentials associated with your account. You must not share your login details with any other person. 21winbd will not be liable for losses arising from unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to secure your login credentials.
• Suspicious activity: If you suspect that your account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 21winbd immediately at support@21winbd. We will investigate and, where appropriate, temporarily suspend the account pending a security review.

21winbd reserves the right to decline any registration application without providing a reason. Acceptance of a registration application does not constitute a guarantee of continued access to the platform and may be revoked at any time in accordance with Section 7 of this Agreement.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

All financial transactions on 21winbd are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (৳). We do not accept deposits in foreign currencies, and no currency conversion service is offered through the platform. Players are responsible for any conversion costs or fees charged by their payment provider before funds reach the 21winbd wallet.

Accepted deposit methods include bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay, Dutch-Bangla Bank (DBBL), City Bank, BRAC Bank, Islami Bank, and Sonali Bank. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are displayed at the point of transaction and may vary by payment method and account tier.

Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to the method's maximum transaction limits. The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully verified (age verification and identity documents approved) before any withdrawal will be processed.
• You must have met any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds before those funds become withdrawable.
• The minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500. Requests below this threshold will not be processed.
• Withdrawal processing times are typically within 24 hours for mobile money methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket, Upay) and up to 3 business days for bank transfer methods.
• 21winbd does not charge a platform fee for standard withdrawals. However, your bank or mobile money provider may apply their own transaction fees, for which 21winbd accepts no responsibility.
• 21winbd reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal it considers unusual in value or frequency. This is a security measure applied for the protection of all players.

5 Bonus & Promotions

21winbd offers a range of bonuses, free credit, and promotional incentives to both new and existing players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to specific terms and conditions published on the relevant promotion page, which form part of this Agreement. In the event of any conflict between a promotion-specific term and this general Agreement, the promotion-specific term shall prevail for matters directly related to that promotion.

The following general rules apply to all bonuses offered by 21winbd unless explicitly stated otherwise in the promotion terms:

• Wagering requirements: All bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times before they — or any winnings generated from them — can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated clearly on each promotion page. Not all game types contribute equally to wagering completion; contribution rates per game category are listed in the promotion terms.
• Bonus expiry: All bonuses have an expiry window during which wagering requirements must be met. Unexpired bonus balances that have not met wagering requirements by the expiry date will be forfeited automatically.
• One bonus per household/device/IP: Promotions are intended for individual use. Multiple accounts, shared devices, or shared IP addresses used to claim the same bonus will be treated as a breach of bonus terms, and affected accounts may be suspended pending review.
• Maximum bet restriction: While an active bonus balance remains, the maximum single bet or spin permitted is stated in the promotion terms. Bets exceeding this limit while a bonus is active may result in forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.
• Right to withdraw bonus offers: 21winbd reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or suspend any promotional offer at any time without prior notice. This does not affect bonuses already credited to an account and actively being wagered at the time of modification.

Players are strongly encouraged to read the full terms of each individual promotion before accepting a bonus. If you have any questions about a specific promotion or its terms, contact our support team at support@21winbd before accepting the offer — not after.

6 User Obligations

As a registered player of 21winbd, you agree to use the platform responsibly and in good faith at all times. You must not engage in any conduct that is abusive, fraudulent, deceptive, or harmful to 21winbd, its other players, its staff, or any third party connected to the platform's operations.

The following actions are expressly prohibited and constitute a material breach of this Agreement:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or at any subsequent time, including during identity verification or withdrawal processing.
• Registering or operating more than one player account, whether in your own name or using the identity or personal details of another individual.
• Using the platform for any purpose connected to money laundering, fraud, financial crime, or any other activity that is unlawful under Bangladeshi law or international law.
• Exploiting any technical error, software glitch, miscalculated odds, or pricing anomaly to gain an advantage inconsistent with the intended rules of any game or betting market. Any winnings derived from such exploitation will be voided.
• Using automated tools, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the platform in a manner that simulates or replaces human gameplay decisions.
• Engaging in collusion with other players, match-fixing activity, or any coordinated strategy that undermines the integrity of a game or sporting event.
• Charging back, reversing, or disputing a deposit transaction through your payment provider after funds have been used for gameplay. Fraudulent chargebacks will result in immediate account suspension and referral to relevant financial and legal authorities.
• Publishing, distributing, or using any content from 21winbd — including odds data, game assets, or promotional materials — for commercial purposes without prior written authorisation.

21winbd operates real-time fraud detection and transaction monitoring systems. Accounts flagged for suspicious activity may be temporarily restricted pending investigation. Players whose accounts are under investigation will be notified by email where operationally appropriate; however, 21winbd is not obligated to disclose the specific nature or outcome of an ongoing investigation.

7 Account Suspension & Closure

21winbd reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time and for any reason that we deem sufficient, including but not limited to the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false or fraudulent information at registration or during verification.
• Discovery that the account holder is under 18 years of age.
• Suspected or confirmed money laundering, fraud, or financial crime activity connected to the account.
• Receipt of a chargeback or payment reversal from the player's bank or payment provider.
• Suspicious betting patterns, exploitation of software errors, or any activity indicative of abuse of the platform's games or promotional systems.
• A valid self-exclusion request submitted by the account holder under our Responsible Gaming policy.
• Inactivity: accounts that have had no login or financial activity for a continuous period of 12 months are considered dormant and may be suspended; any remaining balance will be returned to the player upon successful identity verification.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, 21winbd will endeavour to complete the investigation within a reasonable timeframe and communicate the outcome to the player at the registered email address. Where an account is closed due to confirmed breach of these terms, any balance remaining in the account may be forfeited in whole or in part, depending on the nature and severity of the breach.

Voluntary account closure: You may request the closure of your account at any time by contacting support@21winbd. If your account closure is not connected to a responsible gaming concern, any verified remaining balance will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method before the account is closed. Please allow up to 5 business days for voluntary closure requests to be processed.

8 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 21winbd, its officers, directors, employees, contractors, agents, and game content providers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses or damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds arising from gambling outcomes, which are inherently uncertain and subject to the rules of each individual game or sporting event.
• Loss of access to the platform due to scheduled or unscheduled maintenance, technical failures, internet service disruptions, or force majeure events including but not limited to natural disasters, civil unrest, government orders, or telecommunications outages.
• Errors in displayed odds, game outcomes, or account balances that are subsequently corrected; any transactions based on clearly erroneous values are subject to void or recalculation at 21winbd's reasonable discretion.
• Unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials as required by Section 3 of this Agreement.
• Actions or omissions of third-party payment processors, game content providers, or telecommunications networks over which 21winbd has no direct operational control.

Nothing in this Agreement excludes or limits 21winbd's liability for fraud, gross negligence, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable Bangladeshi law. Where liability cannot be fully excluded, it is limited to the total value of funds deposited by you into your 21winbd account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

The platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 21winbd makes no warranty — express or implied — as to the uninterrupted availability of the platform, the accuracy of game content or odds at any given moment, or the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose beyond its intended function as a recreational online gaming service.
